A Durham Fringe Fest Showcase
Three Poets
In 2024, Lizzie asked Amy Langdown and Audrey Cook to join them on the stage at Durham Fringe Festival for a WE ARE NORTHERN performance. This leg of the project would be called "Canny Words" and would celebrate the Tyne, Wear and Tees, with each of the poets being based near one of these rivers.
The trio took over Cafe'dral and shared stories of local history, culture and identity to sold out shows during the festival.
