Set in Stone: A Mini Book
of Fossil Flash Fiction and Poetry
With the support of the Geologists’ Association Curry Fund, Lizzie facilitated and organised 6 workshops and 2 fossil finding sessions from North Tyneside down to Scarborough. During these activities the participants explored local geology, creative writing and their own relationship to fossils. Some of the participants have allowed Lizzie to share their flash fiction stories and poems and Lizzie is proud to include them a this mini book. The only rule was that their creative writing had to be less than 250 words!
